How long does it take to process my custom order?
Each shirt is custom-made to order. Standard processing time is 3-5 business days, followed by shipping. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.
What is your return policy for custom apparel?
Because our products are custom-printed for you, we only accept returns if the item arrives damaged or if there is a printing error. Please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to resolve any issues.
How should I wash my Vibe Custom Shirt to ensure longevity?
To preserve the print quality, we recommend washing your shirts inside out in cold water. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry, and avoid ironing directly on the printed design.
What type of fabrics do you use for your shirts?
We prioritize comfort and durability. Most of our shirts are made from 100% combed and ring-spun cotton or high-quality tri-blends, ensuring a soft feel and a modern retail fit.
Do you offer bulk discounts for events or teams?

Can I change my design after placing an order?
We move quickly to get your order into production. You can request changes within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, we cannot guarantee modifications as the printing process may have already begun.
