At Vibe Custom Shirts, we want you to love your custom gear, which is why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all orders. If your custom apparel arrives damaged or doesn't match your design, we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely place the unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
